Head of Affiliate Marketing/Business Development Manager

Our well established clients are an independent renewable energy company and due to their continued success, they now have a requirement for a Head of Affiliate Marketing/Business Development Manager to join their finance team located in the South West.

They are looking for somebody who cares about the environment to join them as a Head of Affiliate Marketing/Business Development Manager reporting to the Managing Director, with responsibility for delivering increased sales.

Role/responsibilities:

·         To manage relationships with key brokers to ensure that

o        The  company is displayed to maximum effect in their rankings incorporating the latest accreditation rankings

o        The company is regularly featured in promotional activity regarding green tariffs

·         To grow and develop new and existing relationships with affiliate partners including

o        Relationship management

o        Creative channel marketing

o        Close tie in with PR and web marketing campaigns

o        Management of 2 dozen other ‘web affiliate’ relationships to maximum effect

o        Dissemination of and ‘proposition’ are key

Essential knowledge and experience:

The successful candidate will have or be:

·         Environmentally conscious is essential

·         Experience in utilities would be an advantage

·         Track record of generating sales through 3^rd party sales channels is essential

·         Experience in developing co-branded marketing relationships

·         Exposure to or experience of the creative use of online and offline media to drive sales in support of co-branded marketing

·         Relationship management skills

·         Relationship development skills

·         Self-starting mentality

·         Good fit with the company values and culture.

 

Package
